Keuka Cottages - Sunnyside Cottage

Sunnyside Cottage is redecorated with all furnishings less than five years old!

This sparkling clean, cozy cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen faces Keuka Lake and includes a 16 cubic feet refrigerator/freezer, stove with 4 burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, ceiling fan, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. for 8; and a table with 4 matching chairs.

LIVING ROOM

The living room includes a queen size sofa bed, love seat, and a swivel rocker.

A 32" television with standard cable package, a DVD player, puzzles, and board games are amenities found in the living room.

BEDROOM #1

Off the living room is Bedroom # 1. View is of the level back yard. It has a full sized bed. Closet space consists of a 4 shelf Closetmaid unit. This bedroom measures 8 feet by 7 feet plus the closet space. Hooks on walls and door are available for hanging clothes.

BEDROOM #2

Bedroom # 2 is off the hallway. It faces the side yard. It has a combination bunk bed - twin mattress on the upper, double mattress on the lower bunk. The closet has four shelves with space for hanging clothes. The size of this room is 8 feet by 7 feet.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is off the kitchen. It has a pedestal sink, toilet, stall shower, medicine cabinet with mirror, vent fan and a shelf unit.

HEAT SOURCES

The kitchen and living room have thermostat controlled electric baseboard heat. The bathroom has a fan forced wall heater with its own thermostat. Note: During inclement weather, both bedroom doors must remain open as these rooms do not have a heat source.
