Located one step down off the kitchen is a covered porch that faces Keuka Lake. It is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.

BACKYARD

The level backyard area is accessed through the rear kitchen door and has a picnic table with attached benches, 6 chairs, propane and charcoal grills.

BEACH AREA

Lakeside is 26 feet of beach frontage. It is mostly breakwall, with a 3' wide area that allows wade-in entry to the lake for swimming or canoe launching. Keuka Lake has a shale (small pebbles) bottom. Water shoes are recommended for wading / swimming. The lakeside grassy area offers wood glider chairs, table + six chairs, and a fire ring. The waterfront area is fantastic for: catching a few rays, listening to the waves lap on shore, viewing sunsets over Bluff Point, and quiet conversation while enjoying a glass of Finger Lakes wine. The pumphouse has room to store your fishing gear / water toys.

DOCK

The 32 feet long by 6 feet wide permanent dock is equipped with cleats for tieing up your boat. At the end of the permanent dock is a floating dock. A swim ladder is attached to the floating dock, allowing entry into six feet deep water. Connected to this floating dock is an "EZ-PORT", also known as a drive on jet ski hoist.

CANOE

The fiberglass canoe has padded seats for 2 people. It is included with the cottage at no extra cost, so you don't have the hassles of renting one and there are no worries about delivery and pickup, etc. It includes the use of 2 paddles and lifejackets in both adult and children sizes.

PARKING

There is parking for one small car only off the lower lake road. Note: large trucks, vans, and SUV's will not fit in this designated parking spot.

Your boat trailer may be stored in the upper parking area off Route 54. There is also room for one large vehicle to park in this area.

Sunnyside Cottage is located near several wineries on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, restaurants, the Windmill Farm Market and many other points of interest.
