SUN PORCH

Here is a view of the front entrance leading into the sun porch.

 DECKS

Off the kitchen is a 22' X 14' covered deck with a wood bench, table and 8 chairs.

A propane and charcoal grill are ready for your outdoor cooking needs.

A private 14' X 10' deck off the master bedroom faces lakeside.

The lakeside deck offers 2 lounge chairs, wood picnic table with 4 bench seats, and a closet for storing fishing gear / water toys.

Lakeside is 66 feet of wade-in beach frontage. The shale lake bottom offers gradual entry into crystal clear waters. There is a Sunfish sailboat available for adult use, at your own risk! A fire ring is also available on the beach. Kayak, canoe, paddles, life vests, and water toys will make your vacation complete!

The 50 foot long dock is equipped with cleats for your boat. There is also a swim ladder at the end of the dock.

Beautiful view of Bluff Point as seen from the waterfront. Offshore is an 8 feet square swim platform for your use.

 PARKING

The lower level road is a 1.5 lane, 25 MPH service road.

There is parking for 2 cars off the lower level road. This is the view from the sunporch, kitchen, and deck.

Your boat trailer may be stored in the upper parking area off Route 54. There is room for one car to park in this area also.

Oakwood Cottage is located near several wineries on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, restaurants, the Windmill Farm Market and many other points of interest.
